Here’s one of my favorite shakes to make in the morning.
- 1 cup of frozen fruit
- Water
- 1 scoop of chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry Shakeology
What’s great about this combo is that the frozen fruit acts like ice, so all you need to do is blend with cold water to make a cool shake.
You can also use less water to make this more of a “smoothie” consistency, or more water to make it a little more thin.
Most grocery stores will sell bags of mixed fruits, or bags of only one fruit. Pick your favorite, and combine!
